Les Commis is a French foodtech start-up offering a nationwide meal kit delivery service. Through weekly subscriptions, users enjoy a diverse range of recipes designed to be easily cooked at home.
I joined the start-up in July 2020 with the mission of redesigning the e-commerce website and creating a new visual identity. Our goal was to build a more flexible platform to support new marketing offers, make it easier to use for internal teams, and deliver a more effective user experience.
After developing a new visual identity highlighting both our close relationship with producers and the enthusiasm generated by the service, we structured the project into three phases. I then collaborated with the marketing team to define the most suitable user experience, before taking full ownership of designing the interfaces in Figma.

First purchase funnel

We started this project by redesigning our first-purchase funnel. The objective was to help users efficiently find the meal kit that best suited them through personalization tools tailored to dietary preferences.
Another goal was to improve clarity and transparency of the subscription model to drive higher conversion rates.

Landing pages

Designed the public-facing showcase interfaces to highlight the brand’s core values: local sourcing, respect for farmers, and the joy of food.
The objective was to improve our website’s SEO by creating showcase interfaces tailored to the needs of our service’s different target users.

Suscriber area

After their first order, customers can access a dedicated space to manage their subscription, place new orders, and track their deliveries.
The main challenge was to keep our customer base engaged. To achieve this, we implemented several strategies, including a loyalty program and personalized recipes.
Over these three years, as the marketing offer kept evolving, we worked on various use cases to adapt the service to new user needs.
Nutrition offer
Many customers requested healthier recipes, as they felt the existing ones did not meet their needs. The team decided to bring in a nutritionist to design diet-friendly recipes and to implement a framework based on eight criteria to create 'nutrition' recipes tailored to these expectations.
My objective was to create an effective visual representation that would allow users to easily find their recipes and learn about the core pillars of the offer.
